Please include your account email, what you were trying to do, what happened, and whether you were using phone, tablet or desktop.

Device and browser security

MakerBatch needs a modern browser and a trusted HTTPS connection. If your browser shows a certificate warning or says the connection is not private, please do not continue or sign in. Update your browser or device, or use another device.

Early access response times

MakerBatch is currently run by one person. Support is handled as quickly as reasonably possible, but instant replies are not guaranteed.

Account closure

To request account closure or deletion of synced workspace data, email from your registered account email. Please export any records you need before requesting deletion.
